About the role

Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business. Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, promotions, and customer testimonials. Plan and manage social media campaigns to promote laundry services, special offers, and new products. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints on social media platforms. Monitor online reviews and maintain the company’s reputation and brand image. Generate leads and increase customer acquisition through social media marketing. Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers. Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance. Analyze social media metrics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. Organize and coordinate online promotions, giveaways, and digital campaigns. Requirements: A minimum of an HND in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills: Social media strategy and management Content creation and copywriting Digital marketing and online advertising Customer relationship management Data analysis and reporting Creativity and problem-solving Time management and organizational skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increase in social media followers and engagement. Number of customer inquiries and leads generated online. Growth in sales resulting from social media campaigns. Customer response time and satisfaction levels. Increase in brand awareness and online visibility. Performance of paid advertising campaigns. Customer retention and repeat business generated through digital channels. Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly
