About the role

Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs Identify market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities within the furniture and home living space Manage the product lifecycle from concept development to launch and post-launch performance tracking Optimize product listings, online merchandising, and overall customer shopping experience Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and product performance to drive improvements and increase profitability Collaborate closely with design, production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product execution Support pricing strategies and product positioning initiatives Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain market relevance Work cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and product visibility across digital platforms Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, product management, or a related field A minimum of 1-3 years of experience Experience in e-commerce, retail, furniture, or home living industry is an added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of online retail, e-commerce operations, and product merchandising Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Passion for furniture, interior design, and customer experience Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus

Requirements
