About the role

Responsibilities: Perform accessibility testing using manual and automated tools Assist with accessibility audits under guidance Maintain existing code and apply accessibility improvements Document issues and fixes clearly for internal use Follow engineering processes and best practices Learn the core rules of web accessibility and how they apply to real websites Fix accessibility issues in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Work on frontend code with accessibility as a core requirement Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in computer science is required. Minimum of 1 year of work experience Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Willingness to learn web accessibility standards and tools Ability to read technical documentation and apply it Clear communication and the ability to work in a team Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Academic projects or self-learning related to frontend development Any exposure to accessibility topics, such as ARIA or WCAG
