About the role

Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets for spares and services. Generate enquiries, maintain records in Salesforce software, and prepare quotes for customers. Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders. Attend spare and service review meetings and update databases. Work with dealers and cross-functional teams (sales & service) to meet targets. Collect and analyze customer data to improve sales strategies. Handle customer complaints and ensure smooth coordination with teams. Train new dealers and introduce them to customers. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business. Collect advance payments and assist with payment follow-ups. Track competitor activities and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction. Manage and support dealers in their operations. Requirements: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Chemical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aftermarket sales. Must be fluent in the local language and English. Must have knowledge of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) and bag filter products. Skills & Competencies: Must have experience in aftermarket sales. Good to have: Knowledge of industrial air pollution control equipment (ESP & bag filter). Ability to read technical drawings and understand specifications. Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Cold calling and networking skills. Planning & organising skills with a result-oriented approach. Commercial awareness and technical understanding. Willingness to travel extensively. Self-motivated and analytical mindset.
