About the role

Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Oversee onboarding and staff orientation programs Develop and manage performance appraisal systems Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies Design training and development programs to improve staff productivity Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structure Maintain employee records and HR documentation Drive staff engagement and organizational culture initiatives Advise management on HR policies and strategic workforce planning Implement HR systems and process improvements Requirements: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage At least 5 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Nigeria Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
