Account Officer

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial and accounting records. Record and process financial transactions. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment schedules, and other financial documents. Assist with bank and account reconciliations. Monitor payments, expenses, and outstanding balances. Support preparation of financial reports. Assist with monthly and periodic financial closing activities. Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Support the finance team with other accounting-related activities. Requirements: B.Sc. in accounting, finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organization. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly Proximity is very key.
