About the role
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals Gather market and customer feedback to improve offerings Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of an OND in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in sales, preferably field sales or direct selling Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage Valid driver’s licence (if required for the role)
