Factory/Production Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee daily sachet/pure water and bottled water production operations. Manage production staff, schedules, workflow, and performance. Monitor water treatment and production processes to ensure quality and consistency. Ensure compliance with NAFDAC standards, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements. Maintain accurate production, inventory, staff, and operational records. Monitor raw materials, equipment, and production output to minimise waste and downtime. Identify and resolve production issues promptly. Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of production equipment. Implement processes that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Prepare regular production reports for management. Requirements: HND in food science, microbiology, biochemistry, industrial chemistry, production management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing a sachet/pure water and bottled water factory in Nigeria. Good knowledge of water treatment and production processes. Strong leadership and staff-management skills. Good record-keeping, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Knowledge of NAFDAC requirements, water production standards, and food/water hygiene is highly desirable. Must be responsible, disciplined, hands-on, and able to work effectively under pressure.
