Housekeeper

Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest rooms to standard. Ensure rooms are fully ready before releasing to reception. Replacement of supplies (toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning supplies). Laundry and linen handling. Ensuring immediate reporting of faulty issues that need maintenance. Report all lost and found items and ensure proper documentation. Respond quickly to guests' requests and direct complaints or major requests to reception. Maintain professional and high hygiene standards at all times. Requirements: A minimum of an SSCE certificate (WAEC, NECO, or GCE) is required. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services. Basic literacy and ability to communicate in the English language. Ability to clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards. Knowledge of the use of chemicals and house cleaning equipment. Physically fit and strong, neat and well-groomed. Honest and trustworthy to stay around guest properties. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Remuneration: NGN: 70,000 Monthly Gross
