About the role

Responsibilities: Promote and explain OnCRE’s business support solution to traders and small business owners. Onboard and register business owners accurately on our platform. Maintain positive relationships with merchants and provide basic product support. Collect and share feedback from field visits to help improve the user experience. Prepare simple weekly activity and progress reports. Represent OnCRE professionally and respectfully at all times. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE, or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and at least one local language. Confidence and friendliness when engaging with customers. Smartphone with internet access. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing is an advantage.
