About the role

Responsibilities: Create, launch, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase conversions. Track ads performance using relevant analytics tools. Prepare regular ads performance reports and recommendations. Develop campaigns aimed at increasing online sales and customer retention. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging media channels. Recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets responsibly. Monitor spending and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets. Prepare budget utilization reports and forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, mass communication, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or related industries is an advantage. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards. Data analysis and reporting skills. Budget planning and management. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of customer acquisition and conversion optimization. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) Revenue Generated from Paid ads Website Traffic Growth Campaign ROI Location: Oyo Ibadan Remuneration: NGN 180,000 - 250,000 Monthly
