About the role

Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively hunt for new business through cold-calling, networking, and visiting prospects in person. Relationship Management: Meet regularly with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Product Demonstration: Present the benefits of products or services clearly and address any technical or operational questions on-site. Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Reporting & Forecasting: Update the company CRM platform with accurate client data and generate daily or monthly sales reports. Market Awareness: Attend industry events and monitor regional competition to spot new sales opportunities Requirements: OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development. Experience in Fintech, FMCG, Telecommunications, Retail Sales, or related industries is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Must own and be able to use a smartphone. Must be willing to work within assigned territories (Ogba, Ota, or Mowe).

Requirements
