About the role

Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and onboard new members into the cooperative. Clearly present project opportunities to individuals and groups. Sell our larvaliums to clients joining the co-operative. Join in building the huge agribusiness/fintech economy across Nigeria. Conduct field marketing, community outreach, and client visits. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Support registration and documentation processes. Monitor participation and follow up to ensure consistency. Provide market feedback and customer insights. Maintain accurate and timely activity records. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in any relevant field. Prior experience in marketing, sales, or field engagement is an advantage. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Target-driven with a clear focus on results and earnings. Confident, energetic, and effective in relationship building. Basic record-keeping and organisational ability. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team. Remuneration: NGN 200,000. What You Stand to Gain: Commission of NGN50,000 per successful enrolment. Opportunity to earn up to an additional NGN500,000 or more monthly from performance rebates.
