About the role

Responsibilities: Manage KYC processes and documentation and onboarding for new clients. Resolve all issues related to new user accounts, profiles, and login details. Act as an intermediary between Finance and Internal Control Departments to ensure confirmation of deposits and the execution of buy/sell mandates. Liaise with the compliance department to resolve clients' complaints. Maintain accurate records of all customer communications. Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone and email to provide information on Capital’s investment products, asset management services, and market updates; address inquiries, and resolve complaints. Offer effective solutions to customer issues, including technical troubleshooting and billing inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to foster collaboration and satisfaction. Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems in person or remotely. Ensure strict compliance with CBN, SEC, and AML/CFT regulations in all client interactions. Requirements: Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in numerically related courses A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services/investment/stockbroking firm, is an added advantage. Professional Certification in Customer Service is an added advantage Extensive digital proficiency in social media management. The candidate must possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Organizational and task prioritisation skills Proficiency in written and verbal communication Must be target-driven and detail-oriented Adept and have Conflict Resolution skills Strong product knowledge of Investment Products, mutual funds, and Asset Management Polished appearance and Excellent Telephone Etiquette Ability to work under pressure and meet Service KPIs Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
