About the role

Responsibilities: Promote and sell vehicles to prospective customers Generate and follow up on sales leads Bring in buyers and close vehicle sales Build and maintain strong customer relationships Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly Assist customers with vehicle selection and purchase decisions Develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and market reach Conduct market research on customer preferences and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions Requirements: Minimum of OND qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good sales and negotiation ability Computer literate Ability to learn quickly and adapt on the job Must reside on Lagos Island or nearby locations Previous sales experience is an added advantage Passion for automobiles and customer engagement is a plus Preferred Candidate Profile: Energetic and self-motivated Result-driven and target-oriented Confident interacting with customers Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills Able to work independently and within a team Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly Benefits: Commission on every successful vehicle sale or buyer brought in Opportunity for career growth and professional development Hands-on experience in automobile sales and customer relationship management
