About the role
Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote company properties and achieve sales targets. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a professional and customer-focused sales process. Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and viewings for potential buyers, providing accurate and relevant information. Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company, ensuring alignment with company policies and commercial objectives. Provide advisory support to clients on property suitability, pricing, market trends, and investment value. Coordinate sales transactions from initial inquiry through closing, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and management to finalize sales terms and resolve client concerns efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitor offerings, and legal or regulatory requirements affecting property sales. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, client feedback, and market intelligence to management. Uphold the company’s brand image and professional standards in all client interactions Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by your line manager.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year experience A minimum of a BSc in a related field Remuneration

150,000 – 300,000 Monthly
Benefit:
8% commission on all lands/properties sold by you
Work Days:
Mondays to Fridays, 8:40 AM to 5:00 PM and weekends if required.
