About the role
Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all digital platforms. Manage the company’s online community and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to improve performance. Track and analyze engagement metrics, reach, and campaign performance to optimize results.\ Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand objectives. Ensure all digital communication aligns with the company’s brand identity and healthcare communication standards.\ Support customer relationship management through active online engagement and issue resolution. Identify opportunities for audience growth, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing Experience in healthcare, hygiene, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools Excellent content planning, communication, and storytelling skills Proficiency in content creation and digital design tools is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment
