Record Keeping:
Update and maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and sales data using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product features to properly position offerings in the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing teams and customer support to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
